- PRIMERO. DESATAR el conflicto de competencia entre el Tribunal Superior de Bogota y el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca en la accion de tutela promovida por Manuel Serrano Molina, Maria Ruby Malaver y Andres Felipe Serrano Malaver, en nombre propio y en representacion de los menores Juan Manuel Serrano Malaver y Heidy Katherin Serrano Malaver, contra la Presidencia de la Republica y la Alcaldia Mayor de Bogota.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de tutela al Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogota para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional.
